Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SNEXUS leather jacket. If you're not completely satisfied, here’s everything you need to know.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Return in original packaging if possible.
  • Customized or made-to-measure jackets are non-returnable.

✉️ How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@snexusleather.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Tip: Keep your return label/receipt for tracking.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer free size or style exchanges. If your requested item is in stock, we’ll ship it within 3 days of receiving your return.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable service.
  • For damaged or defective products, we’ll cover return shipping.
