✉️ How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@snexusleather.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Tip: Keep your return label/receipt for tracking.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer free size or style exchanges. If your requested item is in stock, we’ll ship it within 3 days of receiving your return.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
